PRIVACY
The data gathered is confidential and will not be sold, redistributed or used for advertising.  The email address is solely for password changes and resets, and notification of My Baby's Day Online Software issues which pertain to the user.  My Baby's Day, Inc. attempts to keep all records confidential.  If the user feels there data has been compromised, contact My Baby's Day Inc. to report.  A username may be used instead of an email but the user will not be able to use the reset or change password option.

PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
All right, title and interest including but not limited to, copyright, images, php, html, text, and other intellectual property rights of the My Baby's Day Activity Tracking Online Software are owned by My Baby's Day, Inc.  The United States copyright laws and other applicable copyright laws protect these rights.   The software may not be modified or copied for redistribution or to be sold.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
My Baby's Day, Inc. or its employees are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the software directly or indirectly such as lost or deleted data.  My Baby's Inc. may be contacted in such an event to make attempts at retrieving such data.   You shall use the software at your own risk.

INAPPROPRIATE CONTENT
Any material deemed inappropriate will be deleted without notice along with the user.  My Baby's Day, Inc is unable to monitor data 24 hours but will attempt to make regular checks.  My Baby's Day, Inc may be contacted if there is a report of misuse and efforts will be made to correct.
